The shiny casing, mounting flange and cover indicate the highest degree of corrosion resistance. In simple terms, the conventional aluminum components as well as the external parts have been replaced by components made of the aluminum bronze material CuAl10Fe5Ni5. All the spindles and shafts as well as the internal elements are manufactured from stainless steel or synthetic material (seals).

Access a new range of performance with threaded spindles and nuts! Nozdrive® is based on an innovative rolling nut principal and provides a powerful answer to the weak points in standard drives with trapezoid threaded spindles, whose period of use is short, due to the friction warmth.
In this innovative rolling nut principle, the threads roll over and into each other rather than sliding together, this provides a significant performance enhancement. Another big plus of this rolling, it allows big ratios without the need for an additional gearbox. The form closure of the thread also warrants the safeguard of a load.

The ambient temperature is very important for the design of the components. Always specify the ambient temperature and ambient conditions, especially if they differ from the normal 20°C to 25°C.

Other greases, soiling
The use of multi-purpose grease and other greases can significantly reduce the working performance and the life. In case of soiling of the spindle, it should be cleaned and regreased.
The product range of Nozag contains gear motors and worm drives of the series CH and CHM for simple applications and normal performance requirements. For high revolutions and performance, you will also find the appropriate gearbox type in the series 56.
As a new addition to our gearboxes, you will find worm gearboxes of the series NSG, developed from our screw jacks. These have been designed so that large axial forces can be supported by the output shaft.
Features of the NSG worm gearboxes: high axial forces on the worm gear are possible! This sophisticated gearbox is available in five versions each with two drive torques, in the output torque and in the ratio, whereupon the maximum axial load of both types is always the same.
The gearbox series is characterized by a high versatility of mounting possibilities. Thanks to a series of various improvements and technical changes, the applications of the groups for the different assembly possibilities are even easier. Also a good service in terms of flexibility and delivery times can be offered.

Higher quality standard gearboxes with ground, right-handed worms, together with worm wheels made from special bronze and oil bath lubrication, the outcome of which have led to high efficiency, a quiet run in both directions of rotation and long life.
With these modular constructed, compact spur gearboxes, the input and output shaft are coaxially arranged.
