The Challenge / The Situation
It is a familiar situation when suddenly an element in the design or in a prototype does not operate perfectly. This was the case during the market launch of a product of Tyrolit. Since there was little time left, a solution based on “existing” components had to be found.

The Solution
The customer relied on Nozag’s know-how to realize within a very short time the suitable solution for a lifting movement using a rack. Our specialists calculated the element quickly and accurately and tested the standard products in the same time. The rack SG2020 with module 2 and a mounting length of 2,000 mm suited perfectly. This standard part was machined ready for installation within 24 hours and delivered to the customer. The Tyrolit product for core drilling then operated straightaway perfectly.
